TENDER NOTICE FOLLOWING AN INCREASE OFFER


Dr. Giulio DONEGANA, Notary in LECCO, delegated by the Curator Avv. Andrea Ribotta appointed by the Court of Rome, with the correct authorization of the Delegated Judge, for the sale of real estate pertaining to the Bankruptcy declared with sentence no. 973 of 20 December 2013, transcribed in Lecco on 18 April 2014 to nos. 4384/3378, according to the provisions of bankruptcy law;

ADVISE

that the Notary Giulio Donegana (Auctioneer Notary) will proceed to the tender following an increased offer, at the headquarters of the Notary Association of the Province of Lecco, Via Roma n. 28 -Lecco- on

THURSDAY 14 JANUARY 2021 at 11.30 am and following;

TERMS OF TENDER

Base price of the SINGLE LOT Euro 2.210.000,00;
Increasing offers in the event of a tender: € 10,000.00

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

SINGLE LOT
In the administrative and census municipality of DOLZAGO (LC),
1) FULL PROPERTY
industrial complex located in via Provinciale n. 18, consisting of several buildings which have been abandoned for some time, as described below
A) concierge building and caretaker's accommodation made up of two adjoining units, the first consisting of a concierge room, hallway, infirmary room, bathroom and shelter located on the ground floor; the other consisting of the caretaker's accommodation which includes a dining room with kitchenette, hallway, bathroom, two bedrooms on the ground floor; staircase, two cellars, toilet, hallway and boiler room in the basement;
B) room on the ground floor demolished, already intended for works council;
C) building consisting of only the ground floor, intended for the canteen, dressing room and pantry;
D) two-storey building above ground, intended for company offices and consisting of: on the ground floor meeting room, hallway, two bathrooms, an archive and a closet, two large open space offices, a waiting room, four offices and two other staff toilets as well as a thermal power plant with direct access from the outside; on the first floor, a large exhibition room overlooking the production hall, two adjoining offices intercommunicating with the exhibition, seven offices of various sizes, two closets and two more bathrooms and internal communication staircase with the ground floor;
E) elongated building consisting of a single ground floor, intended in part for a transformation cabin and in part for women's changing rooms, men's toilets and changing rooms;
F) shed with a height of mt. 8.00, consisting of a single room on the ground floor already intended for processing in the various production sectors, extrusion areas, ovens, testing, matrix storage, packaging area, warehouse and parcel weighing;
G) energy room on the ground floor next to the main shed, behind which on the southeast side there is an Enel cabin;
H) body of the building consisting of only the ground floor, already intended for the production office;
I) small storage room on the ground floor;
L) small boiler room on the ground floor;
M) local natural gas cabin on the ground floor;
N) shed consisting of only the ground floor (already intended for stock, maintenance, tooling) divided into three areas with toilet, oil storage and canopy with fuel distributor;
O) bodies of buildings (already used as a foundry fumes purification plant), demolished with the exception of the local electrical panels in a dilapidated state;
P) body of building consisting of two floors above ground and a basement already used as a dressing room, services and Enel cabin on the ground floor; production control office, toilet and dressing room on the first floor, boiler room and archive in the basement;
Q) three deposits on the ground floor, used at the time for homogenization;
R) shed consisting of only the ground floor, already used as a sorting-foundry;
S) canopy demolished;
T) two transformation cabins on the ground floor.
