Building land located in the outskirts of the municipality of Domodossola, more precisely in the Ex Indel area with a total area of 109,458 sqm.

According to the urban destination certificate, the area falls within the zone:
• Areas for private, agricultural uses – agricultural production areas – E4 – productive fallow
• Areas for public and public interest uses, roads, existing/newly planned roads
• Delimitation of executive urban planning tools – P.P.E. – P.E.C. – P.E.E.P – P.I.P
• Buffer zone of watercourses
• Areas subject to reclamation with permanent safety measures

The area is subject to an urban planning agreement signed with the municipality of Domodossola on 09/07/2004 and extended until 02/10/2024. The buyer will also have to take on all obligations arising from the agreement itself; alternatively, they may enter into a new agreement with the Municipality of Domodossola.
