Bids are being collected for a residential building area with a total area of 46,825 sqm.

Bids can be submitted:

- in a sealed envelope by 1:00 PM on 21/11/2024, at the office of Rag. Adele Antonia Vasilotta, located in Milan, Corso Genova 27

- electronically, using the web form "Electronic Offer" provided by the Ministry of Justice through this web page by 1:00 PM on 21/11/2024

In case of an electronic offer, users are advised to start the offer compilation process well in advance of the deadline.

The lands are registered in the Land Registry of the Municipality of Perosa Canavese on Sheet 16:
Parcels 15-22-23-24-25-26-27-28-29-30-31-32-33-34-35-36-37-38-39-40-41-42-43

The lot in question consists of a building area that is part of a subdivision to be activated based on a building agreement from 2006, of an Executed Plan Agreement, (urban planning agreement signed on 21/12/2007 and with a ten-year validity now definitively expired, stipulated on 21/12/2006, with deed rep. 199839/30170, by Notary Cignetti Pierluigi). The areas within the PEC have already been transferred to the Municipality, except for parcel 42 of 1,390 sqm. The lands fall within zone Rn4 - a,b - Area falling within Rn4 - a1,b1 - .
