For sale the "Tennis Hotel" accommodation facility located in a strategic position just 1 km from the picturesque seafront of Pozzuoli, oone of the busiest locations in the area and less than 30 minutes from Naples.
The Hotel is also located a few kilometers away from areas of strong naturalistic - archaeological interest and evocative attraction destinations, such as the Solfatara of Pozzuoli, the Cratere degli Astroni Nature Reserve, a WWF oasis, the Le Stufe di Nero and the Archaeological Museum of the Phlegraean Fields in the Aragonese Castle of Baia.

The Tennis Hotel accommodation facility is 3-star and is essentially made up of two buildings that extend over an area of approximately 24,150 m2.
The main building, intended for tourist-accommodation use, called "Hotel", stands on three floors above ground and has a total surface area of 3,980 m2, equipped with 70 rooms, for a total of 146 beds. The hotel also consists of a bar, restaurant and conference room, as well as service, technical and administrative offices. The property is connected, via a platform, to a second smaller building, called "Alberghetto" with independent access. The building stands on two floors above ground and has 20 bedrooms.

The "Tennis Hotel" structure is also composed of numerous small accommodations, three terraced residences, multiple areas used for storage, garage, technical rooms and a villa with garden and accessories.

Furthermore, the hotel complex is characterized by areas intended for recreational activities. The 6 tennis courts and the two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, in particular, represent an added value of the Hotel. The large recreational spaces, equipped with services and changing rooms, also include a disco, a gym and a tavern. There are two appurtenant areas, as well as two car parks.

The sale includes the movable assets present within the accommodation facility and belonging to the company and the rental contracts currently active.
