e) Shed, of approximately 2,270 sqm, divided into four rooms, with prefabricated structure in c.a. prestressed and covered with asbestos cement (eternit) slabs, intended for drying and painting activities, with two annexed technical rooms and a small building intended for changing rooms and toilets;
f) Appurtenant area, for a total gross area of ​​approximately 18,366 sqm, falling partly (7,000 sqm) in an area with building potential, partly (10,366 sqm) in a saturated area and partly (1,000 sqm) in E1 zone, with a canopy of approximately 290 sqm, with iron frame and sheet metal cover, to protect the parking area, an iron canopy, illegal and to be demolished, located close to the retaining wall and behind the shed intended as a sawmill, and a small deposit, not registered , of approximately 20 sqm, with structure in c.a. and asbestos cover;
g) Maneuvering area, of approximately 8,670 sqm.
