The transfer consists of:
- Industrial building where the company has its headquarters and carries out its production activity (Sheet 36 – Parcel 126 – Sub. 1 – Category D/7)
- Two photovoltaic systems with respective powers of 39.79 kWp and 69 kWp
- Office machines, systems, equipment instrumental to company processes
- Vehicles
- Lifting means
- Application software
- Patents and development activities
- Warehouse inventories (raw materials - semi-finished products - finished products)
- Severance pay
- Other liabilities towards employees.
