    Volg de voortgang van de online veiling op de webpagina, waarbij je mogelijk concurreert met andere gebruikers. Je wordt altijd op de hoogte gehouden van de status van je bod, zodat je indien nodig opnieuw kunt bieden.

  3. Wacht op de uitslag van de veiling

    Na de veiling, als je het item hebt gewonnen, ontvang je alle informatie om de betalingen binnen de gestelde termijnen te doen en over te gaan tot eigendomsoverdracht. Als je niet de winnende bieder bent van het onroerend goed, wordt de betaalde borg binnen de in de verkoopvoorwaarden gestelde termijnen terugbetaald.
