The lands are registered at Real Estate Registry of City of Sant'Angelo Romano at sheet 6:

Parcel 1544 - Cadastral surface 1,217 sqm

The land is located in the Municipality of Sant'Angelo Romano and is part of "Piano di Zona" drawn up by the municipality for residential buildings and related services including parking, specifically is planned the construction of residential 3,600 cubic meters.

The aforementioned land was assigned in 2010 by the Municipality to compensate for the volume not yet created for the 1254-1269-1432-1433 parcels, originally assigned to the company, where the availability of the area was limited by reducing the cubic volume achievable from 4,200 cubic meters to 3,489.93 cubic meters and where also the presence of the municipal aqueduct pipeline, which crosses part of the original lot, requires compliance with a safety margin of the pipeline, with consequent further limitation on construction, with a total loss of volume equal to 2,350 cubic meters.
