The lands are registered at Land Registry of City of Riccione at
Sheet 6 - Parcels 136 - 1459 - 1429 - Surface area 504 sqm
Sheet 5 - Parcel 105 - Surface area 3,633 sqm
Sheet 17 - Parcel 16 - 1076 - Surface area 14,305 sqm

The lands identified on Sheet 5 Map 105 are mainly included within the "Urbanizable Territory - Areas for new urban settlements and Areas for new urban settlements in implementation of the pre-current PRG: interventions permitted until their inclusion in the provisions of the POC, in absence of Implementation Urban Plan and/or outside the POC programming" and to a lesser extent in the "consolidated predominantly residential urban areas - Land units (undeveloped lots) to be implemented at the same time as the neighboring area for new settlements and exclusively through POC."
The same area falls within Sector no. 4 envisaged by the POC and specifically in sub-sector 39.4, for which the plan provides:
- Building rights: S.U.L. Maximum occupancy for free market residence 517 m2;
- Areas pertaining to free-market private residential construction: 740 m2;
- Territorial facilities (public green areas, public car parks) to be transferred to public assets: 1,783 m2;
- Mobility infrastructures to be sold equipped to public assets: 1,055 m2.

The lands identified on Sheet 17 Maps 16 and 1076 are included within the "Urbanizable Territory - Areas for new urban settlements and Areas for new urban settlements in implementation of the pre-current PRG: interventions permitted until their inclusion in the provisions of the POC, in the absence of an Implementation Urban Plan and/or outside the POC programming".
The same area falls within Sector no. 4 envisaged by the POC and specifically in sub-sector 39.1, for which the plan provides that the areas must be transferred to public assets due to the transfer of Development Rights.

The lands identified on Sheet 6 Maps 136 - 1459 and 1429 are included within the "Consolidated predominantly residential urban areas" and in the area "Land and/or building units identified as areas already designated pursuant to the previous PRG for the construction of infrastructures, equipment and collective spaces and not yet implemented at the time of adoption of the PSC and can only be implemented through POC".

The current urban planning regulations, which have not yet been merged into an approved document, assign the area in question an agricultural destination.
