The lot in question consists of four installments of land that form a single irregularly shaped lot.
Easily accessible from via Lombardia and via Sicilia, it is currently used as a parking lot and material storage.
The land was in the past crossed by an irrigation canal owned by the Consorzio di Bonifica, today it is abandoned and covered with a concrete plate.
