The building is registered at Real Estate Registry of City of San Gemini at sheet 9:

Particle 786 - Arable land with trees - Class 2 - Surface area 200 sqm - R.D. € 1.08 - R.A. € 0.72

The land in question falls within the area:
- Sub-area type F - Public green areas and sports
- Sub-areas type A/B/C/D - Tourist-accommodation areas subject to implementation plan
- Subzones type A/B/C/D - Residential areas for maintenance and conservation.

It should be noted that said parcel of land no. 786 was included in the Building Convention stipulated between the Municipality of San Gemini and the bankrupt company on 09/26/2002 as a portion of parcel 509, but which was subsequently divided into parts. 709 with division of 08/22/2003. Subsequently divided into the current 786 on 05/06/2006. This is a relic which, in 2002, was a portion of a nearby road being built, subsequently abolished in the current PRG. Therefore, this area is deemed not to be subject to the 2002 Convention.
