The lot is a production area to be considered "to be urbanized" with a nominal cadastral area of ​​approx. 15.167, included in the Subdivision Plan for artisanal / industrial use called "P.L. REVERE 1 "

It should be noted that the surface used in order to derive the most probable Market Value corresponds to that reported in the relative cadastral survey. This surface is to be considered nominal and not real, that is to say it has not been verified with a specific instrumental survey, therefore susceptible to error with respect to the actual consistency.
