It falls within the “BC” and “B1” areas (Completely residential area) of the General Town Plan.

It should be noted that parcel 928, as per the attached deed, has the right of passage on parcel 929 until the time when the area will not be parceled out. This right of passage will automatically expire when another access to parcel 928 is created at the expense of the property or its successors in title or at the time of subdivision.
