It is highlighted that:
- with Decree no. 4320 of 02/19/2019, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport declared the Public Utility of the extension works of the A14 Bologna-Bari-Taranto motorway through the construction of the 3rd lane Lot 1 Rimini Nord – Cattolica;
- to allow the execution of the works referred to in the previous point, a portion of 173 m2 of the Map 136 and a portion of 5276 m2 of the Map 2783 were subject to expropriation for Public Utility pursuant to Presidential Decree 327/2001 and subsequent amendments by Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A.

The sale includes the cadastral maps for which the expropriation procedure is underway and provides for the contractor to take over the right to receive the relative indemnity.
