It is specified that
- the submission of the offer implies knowledge of this notice, the list of goods and the draft of the Rental Agreement and constitutes acceptance of the sales conditions.
- The competitive procedure for identifying the party interested in stipulating the rental contract for immovable and movable property will be completed with registration of the rental contract at the buyer's expense.
- The stipulation of the rental contract is subject to certification of the state of degradation of the asbestos roofing characterizing the roofing of the warehouses. The aforementioned certification will be the responsibility of the successful tenderer and in its absence the stipulation of the same will not be completed and the related cost will not be reimbursed by the procedure.
- The rental will be subject to the taxes established by the relevant law.
