Residential complex located approximately 700 m from the historic center within an area under the protection of the Conero Park Authority and only 1 kilometer from the renowned Urbani Beach.

Overall there are 11 buildings, of which nine properties are single or semi-detached, the other two are of four and nine units respectively, for a total of 25 accommodations.
Four buildings have a square plan, of limited dimensions, of two floors, of which two single-family duplex buildings (buildings B1 and B3) and two semi-detached buildings (buildings B2 and B4, via Cupetta side). The unit on the ground floor has a private external courtyard for a total commercial area of approximately 54 m2. The one on the first floor, reachable by an external staircase, has a gross commercial area of 44 m2. The state of the works can be said to be "advanced rough".

Building C1 - It is a single-storey single-family building, under construction, with a gross surface area of approximately 78, with a private external courtyard, for a total commercial area of approximately 87 m2. The state of the works can be said to be "advanced rough".
Building C2 - It is a single-storey single-family building, under construction, with a gross surface area of approximately 78, with a private external courtyard, for a total commercial area of approximately 90 m2. The state of the works can be said to be "advanced rough".

Building D1 - It is a single-storey single-family building, under construction, with a gross surface area of approximately 78, with a private external courtyard, for a total commercial area of approximately 88 m2. The state of the works can be said to be "advanced rough".
Building D2 - It is a single-storey single-family building, under construction, with a gross surface area of approximately 78, with a private external courtyard, for a total commercial area of approximately 90 m2. The state of the works can be said to be "advanced rough".

Collective garage - It has a driveway entrance from via Cupetta and pedestrian access via an external staircase. It is located in the basement, under buildings B2-C2-B4. Approximately 13 garages can be obtained for an estimated total surface area of 235 m2.

Building A1 - It is a two-storey semi-detached building, under construction, with a gross surface area of approximately 97 m2 per accommodation, with a private external courtyard for the ground floor unit, and access to the upper floor via an external staircase. The gross commercial area of the apartment on the ground floor is 109 m2, that of the first floor is 97 m2. The state of the works of both is unfinished.

For the other two the state of progress can be said to be "roughly advanced".
