The lands are very steep and of a purely clayey nature not suitable for cultivation.

The quarry has a residual extraction capacity of 1,000,000 cubic meters of which only 800,000 cubic meters are suitable for brick making.
At the end of the mining activity, the original state of the places must be restored.
