The properties in question are part of an originally larger complex built on an area of approx. 25,775.00 comprising four industrial buildings.
The sale in question includes a factory, a water tank and an electrical substation.

Rectangular-shaped FACTORY comprising an office area on two levels and a single-level production area, two small, single-storey rectangular buildings adjacent to the shed, a mostly paved surrounding area, with a total surface area between open and covered of approx. 11,778.00.
In the first portion, reserved for the workers, there are: changing rooms with adjoining toilets, a canteen, an infirmary area, a toilet. women, a warehouse, over two lobbies.
