Company operating in the production of steel sheet drums, containers and their components of any kind, services for third parties relating to drumming, packaging, collection and recovery through reconditioning and/or recycling of materials.
The sale consists of two industrial properties and the movable capital goods necessary for carrying out the business.
The buildings are registered at Real Estate Registry of City of Melilli at sheet 35:

Parcel 113 - Category D/1 - Cadastral Rent € 18,246.00
The properties in question are located in the locality of Marcellino, an area falling within the area destined to "Large industries" and governed by the implementation rules of the A.S.I.
The plant consists of two buildings that are not adjacent to each other, with independent entrances and appurtenant areas. The two plants are named SIMB1 and SIMB2.
The SIMB1 factory is developed in various buildings as follows:
• A1, a shed for the production of painted drums, has an area of 1,122 square meters and an average height of 5.45 meters, has industrial flooring and a reinforced concrete structure;
• A2, painting shed and ovens with adjoining canopy, has an area of 450 square meters and a variable height between 4.35 and 4.60 meters. The canopy has an area of 11 square meters and a height of 3.04 meters;
• A3, extension made of masonry and metal roofing, has an area of 396 square meters and a height of 4.50 meters
• B, a single-storey building adhering to the A3 body, is used as offices, changing rooms, services and the compressor area, has an area of 153 square meters and a height of 2.77 meters;
• C, metal structure shed used for the exit of the drums, has an area of 672 square meters and a height of 4.17 meters
• D-E-F, electrical substation of 9 square meters and height of 8 meters, transformer substation of 5 square meters and height of 2.5 meters, parking covered by a sheet metal roof, surface of 40 square meters
• G-H-I, scrap yard of 90 square meters, built on the open square and bordered by three tuff walls, methane cabin of 27 square meters and a height of 3 meters, storage area of 31 square meters, intended for the storage of paints and solvents
There is a canopy of 1,600 square meters without urban planning regularity.
The SIMB2 plant is developed in:
• A1, cutting and drum production shed, has an area of 1,136 square meters and an average height of 6.30;
• A2, coil storage with an area of 353 square meters and an average height of 8.60 meters;
• A3, a building used for the construction of lids, has an area of 144 square meters and a height of 4.60 meters;
• B, office building on two floors for a total of 318 square meters;
• C, car parks covered by metal canopies for a total of 146 square meters;
• D, a shed of 200 square meters used as a warehouse, changing rooms and services, has a height of 5.54 meters;
• E-F-G, paint warehouse of 155 square meters and a height of 5.00 meters, warehouse of 248 square meters, canteen of 165 square meters, drum storage of 286 square meters and height of 4.67 meters
• H-I-L, pitch covered by a metal roof of 68 square meters, transformer and compressor rooms of 60 square meters and a height of 4.53 meters, fire-fighting system room
It should be noted that the company is currently leased with a regular contract expiring on 26/04/2023, with the possibility of renewal from year to year. The monthly rent is € 7,000. It will be possible to cancel upon notice three months before the expiry of the contract. The buyer will be able to make use of the express termination clause, which provides that the contract, in the event of a bankruptcy sale, will be considered terminated by the communication of the successful sale.
