The cadastral plan appears slightly different from the current state of fact as some modifications in the distribution of internal spaces have been made illegally, specifically:
- Demolition of the partition that divided the living-dining room from the kitchen that separated the bathroom from the w.c.-laundry room;
- Construction of a veranda on the internal balcony used as a w.c.-laundry room
- Construction of a false ceiling in the living-dining room with a useful height of about 245 cm
