Share 1/1 of the bare ownership of a rural house located in Palo del Colle (BA) at Contrada Cazzillo s.n.c., identified in the land registry at sheet 15, parcel 809, sub.1, equipped with a relevant cellar identified in the land registry at sheet 15, parcel 809, sub.2, category C/2. The lot is accessible via a right of way burdening parcel no.80, which from the public road allows access to the entrance gate of the common atrium serving both the two foreclosed properties and the facing properties located on parcels no. 117 and 810. In addition to the aforementioned access methods, the property cat.A/3 is equipped with n.2 openings that, if unbricked, would allow direct access to parcel no.80. The living portion is divided into two distinct volumes, one of which is 1.30 m below the level of the courtyard consisting of a large room equipped with a kitchenette, at the end of which there is an access opening to the rear room. From the common courtyard, there is also access to the additional rear volume internally divided into n.2 rooms, one of which is designated as a bathroom.

Completing the lot is a cellar that was found inaccessible during the appraisal operations. Identified in the N.C.E.U. at sheet 15, Part.809, sub.1, cat.A/3, class 2, consisting of 5 rooms, cadastral area 126 sqm, R.C. € 309.87, ground floor, sheet 15, Part.809, sub.2, cat.C/2, class 3, consisting of 21 sqm, total cadastral area 27 sqm, R.C. € 56.40, ground floor. The land on which the lot stands is classified as "agricultural area of type E2" in the current Regional Urban Planning Plan.
