The property is registered in the Land Registry of the Municipality of Bari on Sheet 9:
Parcel 83 - Sub 2 - Category D/1 - R.C. € 3,486.08

Old construction warehouse part of an industrial complex, but with independent access, completely fenced with a surface area of about 580 sqm covered plus a yard of about 1300 sqm on which there are two illegal canopies. There is no correspondence between the state of the places and the project attached to the last authorization, as some partitions have been built inside the warehouse to create rooms to be used as offices. The internal works can be legitimized through a specific building practice with payment of the related penalty, while the external works are to be considered irreparable and therefore must be demolished. Due to the enormous height difference between Via Trisorio Liuzzi, from which access is gained to sub 1 of the same parcel, and the Fondo Capillo del Campo road from which access is gained to the sub, subject of today's sale, the warehouse sub 2 is completely overshadowed by a portion of sub 1 (another property) constituting the lower floor of the building. The property is in a mediocre state of conservation due to the abandonment of the building. The warehouse is full of various materials to be transported to an authorized landfill.
