Full ownership for the 1/1 share of a building of commercial nature, currently used for tertiary/office purposes, located in the Municipality of Terni, Strada di Sabbione n. 26, with an exclusive courtyard, ground floor and first floor, registered in the NCUF on sheet 101, parcel 79, sub 3 linked to sheet 101, parcel 80, sub 3 Cat. D/8. The building is accessible via vehicle and pedestrian entrances serving the courtyard itself. The two main vehicle gates, one equipped with a pedestrian gate, are located close to the public road consisting of Strada di Sabbione, while the third vehicle gate is situated at the boundary with the private road, effectively open to public use, identified as Via Bartocci. This last entrance is effectively inaccessible.
