The lands are registered in the Land Registry of the Municipality of Santa Teresa Gallura on Sheet 2:

Parcels 3903 - 3904 - 3905 - 3906 - 3907 - 3908 - 3909 - 3910 - 3911 - 3912 - 3913 - 3914 - 3915 - 3916 - 3917 - 3918 - 3919 - 3920 - 3921 - 3922 - 3923 - 3924 - 3925 - 3013

It is highlighted that the assets are being sold in their entirety, considering that a preliminary sale agreement was signed on 04/05/2022, regularly recorded, concerning the transfer in favor of the company in bankruptcy - already the owner of the 1/2 share - or to third parties to be named of the remaining share of the lands, which will therefore be transferred after the award.

The area, in relation to the historic center of the town, is located in the buffer zone between the central nucleus and the "peripheral" part to the south, near the National Road, which is the main road of the town, and precisely between via Lu Calteri – via Monte Grappa – via Lu Gialdinu and via Tibula.
From this area, all the main zones of the town can be reached on foot: Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, the marina, and Rena Bianca beach, in addition to the usual proximity services.

The building lands of 12,425 sqm fall within the building sector called C3.2 Lu Gialdinu and are located in subzone C1.10 (art. 35 NTA Urban Planning Plan of Santa Teresa Gallura) and are subject to subdivision with the limits and urban planning constraints as resulting from the application of the reference norm to subzone C1.10.

The Curator reserves the right to receive and evaluate offers of an amount lower than the base price indicated above within the limit of 25%.
 
Such offers will be evaluated only after the end of this auction at the indisputable judgment of the Procedure Bodies, solely in the absence of irrevocable offers of an amount equal to or greater than the base price.
In order to make an offer under the conditions just described, interested parties must NOT follow the procedure of "PERFECTION OF BASE PRICE OFFERS", but must send a request to the PEC address gobidreal@pec.it to know the presentation methods and receive the relevant offer form.
In any case, irrevocable purchase offers submitted based on the above-mentioned conditions will be subject to the application of the Buyer’s Premium plus legal VAT, as indicated in the general and specific conditions and in the attached sales notice.

How to participate in an online auction?

The procedure is simple and fast.

  1. Register on the platform Gobidreal.it

    To activate your account, enter the required data which will be the same with which you will participate in the auction and to which, if applicable, the award of the property at auction will be attributed.

  2. Bid now

    Once this procedure is completed, your bid will be formalized and you can participate in the auction.
    Monitor the progress of the online auction on the web page, potentially competing with other users. You will always be updated on the status of your bid so you can potentially raise it.

  3. Wait for the outcome of the auction

    Once the auction is over, if you have won the item, you will receive all the information to make the payments within the established terms and proceed with the transfer of ownership. In the event that you are not the winning bidder of the property, the deposit paid will be returned to you within the terms provided by the sales conditions.
