The lands are registered in the Land Registry of the Municipality of San Gemini on Sheet 9:

Parcel 693 - Olive grove - Class 3 - Area 3,435 sqm - R.D. € 10.64 - R.A. € 5.32
Parcel 786 - Tree-cultivated arable land - Class 2 - Area 200 sqm - R.D. € 1.08 - R.A. € 0.72

The lands in question fall within the area:
- Subzone type F - Public and sports green
- Subzones type A/B/C/D - Tourist-accommodation areas subject to implementation plan
- Subzones type A/B/C/D - Residential areas for maintenance and conservation.

It should be noted that parcel of land no. 786 was included in the building agreement signed between the Municipality of San Gemini and the bankrupt company on 26/09/2002 as a portion of parcel 509, but was subsequently divided into part. 709 with the division of 22/08/2003. Subsequently divided into the current 786 on 05/06/2006. This is a remainder that, in 2002, was part of a road under construction, later abolished in the current PRG. Therefore, this area is considered not subject to the 2002 Agreement.
