NOTIFIES

the interested parties in the purchase of the real estate described below of the possibility to submit an irrevocable purchase offer from the date of this publication until February 28, 2025, for the following lot:

UNIQUE LOT:
Land located in the Municipality of Locri listed on map sheet 25 parcels 2705, 2706, and 2707 characterized by the following consistencies and urban destinations:
Area designated for Road Planning – sqm. 900.00
Area designated for ATU 7 – sqm. 16,600.00
Area designated for ATU 3 – sqm. 4,000.00

Base price of the lot: € 1,350,700.00 plus VAT if due

It is specified that the collection of purchase offers will take place by deposit at the Clerk's Office of the Prevention Measures Section of the Court of Reggio Calabria, Palazzo Cedir, first floor tower 3; they must be submitted in analog form (paper) and deposited in the Clerk's Office in a sealed envelope by 12:00 PM on March 10, 2025.

The opening of the envelopes and the examination of the offers will take place after the deadline for publication set for March 10, 2025.
