Finally, the same lands, according to the amendment no. 1 to the Territorial Arrangement Plan approved, have the following additional indications:

- They fall within the area of planned urbanization by PRG confirmed by PAT – C2/10.
Sheet no. 58, Parcels no. 563 – 566 – 573 – 574:
- They partially fall within the areas of consolidated urbanization;
- They partially fall within the area of planned urbanization by PRG confirmed by PAT – C2/10.

The land is sold including the goods and materials deposited therein, the costs for any disposals will be borne by the successful bidder.

The lands are registered in the Land Registry of the Municipality of Isola della Scala at Sheet 58:
Parcels - 562 - 563 - 566 - 568 - 573 - 574 - 591 - 592

    Click on "Make an offer", enter the amount you would like to offer, download and fill out the Offer Form. Pay the security deposit. Send the signed form along with the bank transfer receipt and the required documentation. You will be notified of the receipt of the offer on the sale page.

  3. Evaluation outcome

    The offer will undergo an evaluation process. The outcome will be communicated to you via email. If your offer is the only one approved, you will be able to directly acquire the property. If there are multiple valid offers, you will be allowed to participate in an online competitive auction open only to bidders. At the end of the sale, the highest bidder will be the winner of the property.
