The building land for auction is located in a strategic position just 900 meters from the new hospital center and the industrial area.
It has an area of 44,520 sqm.
The current urban planning destinations of the land following the amendment to the current P.R.G. by the Municipality of Fermo:

Within the sector, an area of about 6200 sqm (partly owned by the company --- omitted --- spa for about 2000 sqm and partly by another owner), has a perimeter marked with the symbol "SUAP" indicating that it has been involved in a project for the recovery and transformation of the buildings located within parcel 62, through the application of the procedures provided for by D.P.R. 160/2010 (formerly D.P.R. 447/98) in variation to the provisions of the P.R.G.
This area of about 6200 sqm should therefore be excluded from the territorial area falling within Project Area no. 23b, as it is part of a specific project approved after the entry into force of the Project Area, APPROVED IN VARIATION TO THE P.R.G. PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF D.P.R. 160/2010 (formerly D.P.R. 447/98)

The entire area consists of a single body of almost trapezoidal shape. In a nearly central position of the area in question, there is a tertiary complex with a related courtyard belonging to other owners, marked with parcels 62, 403, 436, 434, 438, 421, 422, 432, which can be accessed from the road S.P. 239 through a passage located within parcels 428 and 430, also owned by the bankrupt company, burdened by a right of way (for which reference is made to points 4 and 5 of the question). The area is also crossed by a public water channel, passing along the boundary between parcels 427-428-413 and 429-430.
