The lands are registered in the Land Registry of the Municipality of Porto San Giorgio on Sheet 1:

Parcels 39 - 42 - 44 - 462 - 464 - 467

Lands located in a hilly area behind the town of Porto San Giorgio, at a distance of just over one kilometer in a straight line from the coast.
They were used as a clay pit and cover a cadastral area of 126,820 square meters, divided into six parcels.
The terrain is sloping with average gradients ranging from 12% to 20%, generally facing northwest.
On parcels 462 and 464 (serving lands) there is a right of way for pedestrian and mechanical access, as well as for water supply and crossing with cables and pipes for electricity and gas, in favor of parcel 43 of the same sheet (enclosed property not part of the procedure).
The area, falling within agricultural territory, is largely included in the FF designation "Naturalistic Territorial Park of Fosso Vallescura".
The area, falling within agricultural territory, is largely regulated by articles 109-111 of the Technical Implementation Norms of the General Regulatory Plan of the Municipality of Porto San Giorgio.

The lands are also subject to environmental and hydrogeological constraints such as:
- buildings and construction complexes of historical-architectural or environmental interest spread throughout the hilly territory (articles 50-52 of the NTA of the PRG), affecting only a small part
- slope constraint (pursuant to article 31 of the NTA of the PPAR)
- area "V" of high visual perceptibility (articles 122-123 of the NTA of the PRG)
- area "C" landscapes of agricultural interest with historical, scenic, and environmental significance (articles 122-128 of the NTA of the PRG)
- constraint pursuant to Law 1497/39 "Locality Monte Caccioni" with DM 12/06/1967
- protection of wooded areas (articles 98 and 128-129 of the NTA of the PRG)
- agricultural landscape of historical interest (articles 98 and 128 of the NTA of the PRG)
- areas of high geological hazard, high or maximum (article 124)
- landslide risk moderate.
