Area almost trapezoidal accessible from the municipal road Via Piazza, consisting of a plot of undeveloped land without fences, with a total area of 5,894.00 sqm, entirely located in zone "B1 Special".
The area in question, cultivated as arable land, has a height difference compared to the road level, and has no urbanization works, neither primary nor secondary.

During each sale experiment, it will be possible to submit, through a specific form, reduced offers up to 25% of the starting value. Such offers will be submitted to the Procedure Authorities and, if accepted, the highest offer will become the basis for a subsequent sale experiment.

Once the auction is over, if you have won the item, you will receive all the information to make the payments within the established terms and proceed with the transfer of ownership. In the event that you are not the winning bidder of the property, the deposit paid will be returned to you within the terms provided by the sales conditions.
