Please note that photovoltaic system B – Nominal power of 144.48 kW, Gse agreement n. 63569 with start date 21/08/2008 - is owned by a third-party leasing company, with which there is a specific agreement for the joint sale of the system along with the assets related to the Procedure, as part of this lot.

Inside the premises of the property, furniture, machinery, and office electronic machines are deposited. These assets are an integral part of the sale in the quantity and measure existing at the date of delivery of the property, except for any assets that will be reported by the curators at the aforementioned date. For the aforementioned assets, the buyer agrees to grant the curators 3 months for their possible removal.

In the premises of the property, materials such as processing waste, wood, cardboard, and some containers of acids and processing liquids are also deposited. The disposal of these assets is the responsibility of the buyer and must be carried out in compliance with current regulations.
