Externally, the property includes a private asphalted area, bordering the exclusive areas of the other portions, equipped with two direct accesses from the public road. Some canopies for sheltering technological systems and a prefabricated electrical cabin have been built on the area, for the needs of the activities that have been carried out over time in the portion of the property. There is a right of way in favor of the portion of property of lot 3. It should also be noted that if this portion is awarded to a party different from the successful bidder of lot 1, a right of way must be established in favor of this property for access from the public road.
