To this end, the successful bidder of the property here auctioned, together with the owners of the split properties, as required by law, must proceed to deposit with the competent offices a specific request for the purpose of obtaining permission for alternative access to the existing one.
The percentages for the distribution of costs, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, for the realization of the access will be as follows:
The construction system is in cast-in-place concrete for the elevated part, while the roof was made with shed-type precast elements.
The walls were made of concrete block masonry, with metal and polycarbonate fixtures, partly sliding; there is an industrial-type flooring in all areas except for the Offices which were made of marble.
The complex is equipped with all technological and supply infrastructures, necessary for both the production cycle and human presence.
There are REI compartments and other protection and prevention devices to provide the necessary safety in the presence of workers; the same applies to the discharge of wastewater, emissions, etc.
In detail, the structure was set up with discontinuous foundations, type plinth cast in place connected to the ground by drilled piles (diam.80cm) cast in place, solidified with connecting beams in cast-in-place concrete. The regular grid of columns is articulated in a homogeneous manner, measuring cm. 60 by 110 with a height of 8 meters, on which double T beams rest to support the prefabricated roof; these horizontal elements, with a height of cm 200, limit the internal height to 7.50 meters from the intrados of the beam to the finished floor.
While the part obtained in the orthogonal span, from the extrados to the intrados, constitutes the Technical Volume for housing various overhead cranes with a capacity of 25 tons.
The roof was made with prefabricated reinforced concrete elements prestressed type HPV resting on -Selle- in concrete through hinge connection.
