The property is listed in the Land Registry of the Municipality of Assisi at Sheet 51:
Parcel 111 - Urban entity - Surface area 5,150 sqm

It consists of different connected buildings representing a large warehouse, a shed, small accessory rooms, and a partially renovated and partially unfinished shed.
Specifically:
• warehouse (sub. 1) built with a steel structure and concrete floor. Internally, it is partitioned with a mixed structure of bricks, plasterboard, and sandwich panels, equipped with skylights on the roof, large openings, and windows with metal frames to allow access to a small courtyard and the shed behind;
• shed with a steel structure and concrete floor, inside there is a small room divided into a bathroom and anteroom for the artisanal activity;
• small technical accessory rooms, currently unused, previously used as a warehouse, storage, and workshop;
• portion of a shed, marginally affected by a fire in July 2007, not rebuilt after that event. Rectangular in shape with a useful internal height of about 4.25 m under the beam and 7.95 m at the center of the arch. It is unfinished internally, with reinforced concrete and exposed brick structures, except for the flooring, in concrete with an industrial finish;
• portion of a shed that was demolished and subsequently rebuilt but not completed after the fire. This portion has a regular, trapezoidal plan, with a useful internal height of about 7.3 m under the beam.

Please note that a pedestrian and driveway right of way burdens the courtyard listed with parcel 111, in favor of the parcels in the Building Registry no. 1364, 1219, 1337, 1338, and 1220, and in the Land Registry with parcels 1232, 1217, 1214, and 440.
The same parcel 111, together with parcel 440 (not part of the bankruptcy procedure), is affected by a right of way for pedestrian and vehicular traffic, as well as parking for vehicles, and in favor of parcel 1364 on Sheet 51 exercised by each dominant property so as not to infringe on equal parking rights for vehicles accessing the serving property.

The property is subject to an executive eviction in which the Judicial Officer has ordered the release with a peremptory deadline of 08/19/2024.
