The building consists of two bodies of construction, the larger one is rectangular in shape and develops on a single floor, with dimensions in plan of 41.00 m x 21.00 m, surface area of 861.00 sqm, and height of 7.80 m; at the back, to the West, there is a covered external area whose dimensions in plan are 10.00 m x 21.00 m, surface area of 210.00 sqm and height also of 7.80 m.
Please note that the property was the subject of a fire on 23/05/2019.
Essentially, inside the warehouse was divided into two parts, in the front part facing the municipal road Ripe, where there are two large openings elevated above the road level, the equipment, cold rooms (now burned sheets), sorting room, processing rooms, packaging and storage were located.
In the back part there was a large storage room directly accessible from the covered external area through a large opening.
The other body, located to the South on the long side of the warehouse, also has a rectangular plan and develops on two levels, the dimensions in plan are 12.40 m x 7.20 m, surface area of 89.28 sqm, for each level, and total height of 7.20 m.
On the first floor, access is via an external metal staircase, the floor is entirely designated for offices; the ground floor, in addition to being designated for offices, has a part reserved for staff (changing room).
The ground floor is accessible both from inside the warehouse and from the outside.
It is also noted that there is a lease contract until 24/10/2026 at an annual rent of EUR 3,176.64 VAT included.
