The apartment in question is located on the basement floor of a terraced building called "Condominio Isabella".
Access is from the front courtyard and internally it is divided into living room/kitchen, hallway, bedroom, bathroom, and cellar.
There is a light well to illuminate the underground rooms.
The furniture present inside is included in the sale.
The parking space is located in the basement of the same building complex, access is via a common driveway for all units.

There are building and cadastral discrepancies.

The property is currently occupied by people. The eviction operations will be the responsibility of the Procedure and will begin following the provisional award, with an estimated timeframe of about 90 days.
