The sale consists of:

- properties located in the Municipality of Tito, specifically in the industrial area of Tito Scalo, falling within the jurisdiction of the Consortium for Industrial Development of Potenza. Positioned near the Tito railway station and the Tito exit of the Potenza-Sicignano motorway.
The area has a total surface area of 4,512 sqm, of which 1,372 sqm represent the covered area of the buildings, 890 sqm are designated as green space, and 2,250 sqm are allocated for internal roads and yards.
