Located in the heart of the city, Hotel Les Jumeaux (https://www.hotellesjumeauxcourmayeur.it/) is a 3-minute walk (80 meters) from the Mont Blanc cable car that connects to the Checrouit ski slopes, and 5 minutes on foot from the historic center of Courmayeur. In summer, the entrance is filled with flowers for a pleasant welcome.
The timeshare room is a Superior Double Room (suite 229 Building B) of 22m^2 consisting of a room with a king-size bed, large wardrobes, bathroom, living room with 3 single sofa beds for a total of 5 beds, spacious balcony with mountain view including the peaks of Mont Blanc including the Giant's Tooth. Small corner with sink and fridge, no kitchenette.
The hotel offers breakfast service, half board or full board (not included in the fee).
When the suite is not in use, it is possible to communicate the non-use without payment which exempts from the payment of hotel expenses, or by paying it, you can use the Domina circuit for exchanging the vacation with other locations, even in different periods.

The availability of the suite is subject to what is indicated in the attached Co-ownership Regulations, which should be reviewed.
