The property at auction is located in the industrial-commercial-productive area about 4 km from the Vicenza west highway exit, in the eastern area of Altavilla Vicentina called "Perara", with neighboring industrial/craft and agricultural areas.
It is the full ownership of a head portion that develops on the ground floor, with a mezzanine floor warehouse and exclusive courtyard to the north, of a larger commercial shed of two floors; the property is divided into wholesale sales space, offices, services, and warehouses.

The unit has a total area of approx. 432 sqm, in addition to an exclusive courtyard of approx. 287 sqm and is distributed on the ground floor from the entrance with the wholesale sales area, two areas used as warehouses, a service block with a corridor, changing room, two anterooms, and two toilets, a raised portion with a corridor and four office rooms.
