representing the entire share capital of the Romanian company SC Arka Industry Hotel S.r.l., established in Lugoj, Calea Buziasului n. 31, Timis Province (Romania);
The company's assets are composed of the following properties:
- Former textile and yarn factory composed of n. 13 buildings built between 1928 and 1978, a garage and a garage, for a total built area of approximately 36,902 square meters, as well as an external concrete platform and access roads with a surface area of 2,300 square meters.
The structures were equipped with all the electrical, telephone and water systems, now unused, as well as external lighting, n. 3 water wells, aeration ducts for chemical fumes, canals and ducts for dark waters and the industrial railway line connecting with the railroad rear.
Almost all the structures, except for the 397 square meter garage renovated in 2010 and the last industrial wing of 4,200 square meters built in 1971, must be demolished as crumbling and in some cases already cooperating.
It should be noted, however, that from the crumbling structures it is possible to recover metal and iron material for about 327,600 kg.
The land on which the buildings stand is located about 3.5 km from the center of Lugoj and about 8 km from the A6 / A1 motorway link, which connects Romania to Hungary and then to central-western Europe, has an area total of about 67,302 square meters and can be classified as industrial
