It is noted that the lands of this lot and the lands of the following lot in notice Lot 9, located in the Municipality of Bojano, although falling within different municipalities, border each other. All these lands are located in Petrara and are accessible from the S.S. 17 direction Isernia-Campobasso.

In the immediate vicinity, but not bordering, is also located the land identified on sheet 66 parcel 936 of the municipality of Bojano, also forming part of the subsequent lot in notice Lot 9.

For the lot in question the right of agricultural pre-emption for purchase by any entitled parties is reserved as provided for by the legislation in force regarding the formation of cultivating property.
