Auction base price: € 3,470.00
Minimum bids in the event of a tender: € 500.00

This is a land located in the open countryside and not less than 15 km from the municipal center. There are traces of old subdivision and initial traces but there are no visible stones that delimit the property. For their affixing, a specific technical-topographical intervention on site is required. The appraisal, published together with this announcement, represents that the land is intended for grazing, that the Certificate of urban use indicates that the land is urbanistically included in the Agricultural Area b.1 (with the following characteristics: minimum lot sqm. 10,000 , 00 and land buildability index 0.03 m3 / m2) and which therefore has theoretical building potential.
