Most of them are former quarry lands, some of them are at a lower level and in some cases subject to water intrusion (with the formation of ponds on the lands subject to appraisal).
The buildings are totally or partially collapsed, only some of them still show the original structure and in any case in dilapidated conditions.
The conformation and position of the lands make them suitable for industrial cultivation purposes such as poplar plantation or similar crops.

There are cadastral and building discrepancies.
