Industrial plant located in the Brodolini industrial-artisan area which occupies areas that the General Town Plan regulates as a (mixed) DB3 completion zone.
The plant is made up of the following methods:
• the former Form factory consists of an office area located on the first floor. The rest of the complex is divided into various departments with the presence of areas intended for the foundry, warehousing-deposits and die casting;
• the former Lo.Met plant. it consists of an office building spread over two floors and overlooking the main north façade; the rest of the complex is divided into various departments with the presence of areas intended for die-casting, painting, packaging and warehousing-deposits.

The flooring of the factory is mainly industrial with a quartz finish; in the office spaces and stoneware services.
