- the rent is equal to a total of €171,000.00 per year plus VAT in accordance with the law, to be paid in monthly installments of €14,250.00 each to be paid in advance by the 15th of each month;
- in the event of a definitive award of lots 1, 2 and 4, the rental contract relating to these lots will be considered automatically terminated, without compensation or penalties in favor of the Tenant, after 90 (ninety) days from the communication of the aforementioned awarding to the tenant by the Composition Procedure.
