Apartment on the second floor and an attic on the third floor, it is part of a building consisting of three floors above ground plus an attic and basement floor, located in the historic center of Arcevia.
Internally it is composed of two bedrooms, an entrance-living room, a kitchen and a dining room, two hallways and two bathrooms. In the hallway there is a wooden staircase that connects the apartment to the attic
In addition to the entrance on the ground floor and the common stairwell, there are condominium hallways on the ground and second floors for access to the internal courtyards.

Again with the aforementioned deed, an easement of passage from the entrance located in via Ramazzani, through the exclusive internal courtyard owned by the selling party, distinct from C.F. sheet 93, was created in favor of the purchasing party, his heirs and assignees in any capacity, with maps 22 sub.8 and 23 sub.12. It was also specified that the maintenance costs of said entrance and courtyard would remain the exclusive care and expense of the then selling party, his heirs and assignees in any capacity.

Nel disimpegno è presente una scala in legno che collega l’appartamento alla soffitta Oltre all’ingresso al piano terra e al vano scala comuni, sono presenti al piano terra e secondo dei disimpegni condominiali per l’accesso ai cortili interni. Si precisa che sono in corso interlocuzioni riguardo l’espletamento delle pratiche inerenti alla denuncia di successione.
