Specifically, the land is characterized by the main intended use "VG-Giardini" pursuant to art. 3.3.4 which mentions:
By gardens we mean green spaces of small dimensions and with diversified characteristics, structured in shape, located within the urban area, with the function of ecological rebalancing, rest-stop, unorganized play and equipped with minimal equipment in relation to age of the visitors.
The gardens are characterized by the presence of dense trees, with shrubs and flowers, with lawns, flowerbeds and unpaved paths. They must also be fenced, possibly vegetated, equipped with accessory elements (benches, waste bins, fountain) and possibly a small service to be installed in a paved space, possibly a building for small-sized services (bar kiosk, telephone point, retail newspapers).
