The main property referred to in parcel 607 is a part of a larger building located on the street side.
The property consists of a basement, a ground floor with a large closed staircase on the back and a first floor.
The basement measures approximately 50 square meters, excluding the stairwell, the mezzanine floor measures approximately 81 square meters and 12 approximately square meters of loggia and the first floor measures approximately 65 square meters in addition to a loggia placed in continuity with a bedroom.
In adherence to the building on parcel 724, a clay tennis court was built with a fence in a total state of neglect.
The property is free, but partially cluttered with furniture belonging to the previous occupants.
Around the main house there are some minor buildings, in poor condition, usable for their volume, covering a total area of approximately 100 square meters.
The land of the property is mostly planted with olive groves.

L’immobile consta di un piano seminterrato, un piano terra con un’ampia scala chiusa posta sul retro ed un piano primo. Il piano seminterrato misura mq.50 circa, escludendo il vano scala, il piano rialzato misura mq.81 circa e mq.12 circa di loggia ed il primo piano misura mq.65 circa oltre ad una loggia posta in continuità con una camera. In aderenza al fabbricato sulla particella 724 è stato realizzato un campo da tennis in terra battuta con recinzione in totale stato di abbandono. L’immobile è libero, ma parzialmente ingombro di mobilio appartenente ai precedenti occupanti. Attorno all’abitazione principale insistono alcuni edifici minori, in pessime condizioni, utilizzabili per la loro cubatura che coprono una superficie complessiva di mq.100 circa. Il terreno della proprietà è in gran parte piantumato ad oliveto.   3. Evaluation outcome

    The offer will undergo an evaluation process. The outcome will be communicated to you via email. If your offer is the only one approved, you will be able to directly acquire the property. If there are multiple valid offers, you will be allowed to participate in an online competitive auction open only to bidders.
