The complex includes various buildings functional to the wine cellar activity, and consists of several buildings.
The company is accessed from a driveway gate that overlooks the external courtyard, partly left green and partly paved. The whole property is fenced by a reinforced concrete wall with a metal mesh.
There is also a second entrance on the south side of the property.
The properties belonging to the complex are:
- Caretaker's house: building intended for habitation whose recent use is that of warehouse. Built on one floor, it has iron frames with roller shutters and an entrance door protected by a metal canopy. Internally it is divided into kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The interior finishes are economic. The electrical system and the predisposition for the intercom and telephone system are present;

- Cellar and oenological systems: this building is divided into three parts, office and service area - bottling area and sales room - structure with concrete tanks;
- Structure in expansion: the wine-making area consists of an artifact dating back to the early 80s. Independent from the original building, it is connected to it through a cavity that acts as a joint. The floor is industrial. Access is via a carriage door or two pedestrian doors. Two internal doors lead respectively to the workshop room and to the bottling area;
- External equipment and systems: are made up of two canopies, a tank area, a thermal power plant, a compressor box, other technological equipment and a dryer;
- Warehouse, laboratory and oil mill: form a single building that rises on one floor, there are the electrical, telephone, water and gas systems
- Electrical cabin: spread over two floors, with flat roof, the two floors are connected by an external metal staircase. Here are housed the electrical energy transformation devices and fire prevention devices.
- External shed: a rectangular-shaped metal box anchored to a reinforced concrete base
