Full Ownership (1/1) of a villa located in Corato (BA) at Via San Magno, 43, in a peripheral area. Identified in the Buildings Cadastre - Fg. 54, Part. 12543, Sub. 1, Category A7
It is arranged on 3 levels consisting of the ground floor, first floor, and second floor. The property is accessed through a large external area and in particular from the ground floor (tavern) or from the first floor through an external connecting staircase. The property also has an internal staircase that allows access to the second floor. On the ground floor, there is a furnished tavern with a net useful height of 2.10 m. At the same level, there are storage rooms and a toilet. On the first floor, there is the living area served by uncovered external areas, a study, and a toilet.
